Our dedicated Ipswich Hot Works Workshop allows us to perform welding, brazing, and steel fabrication away from client sites. This eliminates on-site hot works permits, reduces fire and fume hazards, and minimises disruption to your operations.

Precision cutting, welding, and assembly of carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper pipework by coded welders (BS-coded, 6G certified).
Pump Skids & Modules
Fully assembled pump sets, bracketry, and valve assemblies built under factory conditions. Greater measurement accuracy and assurance in a controlled environment.
Quality Controls
Dimensional jigs, pressure testing, and weld inspections ensure each component meets design specifications.
All installations include modern control integration and thorough commissioning, with handover training and O&M manuals provided.
