To prevent operational disruption, the system was prefabricated off-site and installed over a single weekend. The bypass design now allows the main gas system to operate at reduced demand without booster assistance, cutting energy use and streamlining ongoing maintenance.

- Off-site fabrication of pipework, valves and purge points for precision and speed
- Controlled cutting into existing pipework, verified as gas-free before works began
